My career began in finance and control, where I developed a strong analytical foundation and a passion for structure, insight, and governance. Over the years, I have grown from controller to strategic finance partner: guiding boards and senior management in making decisions that create lasting value. Having worked across corporate, public, and educational sectors, I connect financial insight with organisational vision and long-term resilience.

Since 2021, I have been active as an interim professional and entrepreneur under Valour Consulting, collaborating with leadership teams to strengthen financial governance, improve decision-making, and translate strategy into execution. My approach is clear, decisive, and grounded in both data and people — because sustainable performance depends on alignment, not just analysis.

As a soon-to-be Registered Controller (RC, December 2025) and certified board member, I combine financial expertise with strategic oversight. My academic background , in Business Process Management & IT (MSc) and the Executive Master of Finance & Control (Maastricht University), reflects my belief in lifelong learning and my ambition to operate at the intersection of finance, strategy and governance.

My style is best described as sharp in analysis, strategic in outlook, and people-oriented in execution. I enjoy environments where purpose and performance go hand in hand, where sound governance, engaged teams, and financial clarity form the foundation for growth.

Outside work, I recharge through travel, reading, and great food, because balance creates the space for courage, clarity and lasting impact.
