I find it difficult to write about myself and how great I am (which, for the record, I am 😉), so I asked business partners and former colleagues how they see me, and what has come out of all those conversations is that I am an energetic and enthusiastic lady with extensive managerial and controlling skills who is always looking for ways to improve. 

I worked in the field of controlling for 18 years, 13 in corporate life and 5 at an educational institution, so I have seen and experienced both worlds.

Since October 2021, I've been working as an interim and freelance entrepreneur, and I've had several excellent assignments in management, improvement, reporting & analysis and controlling.

I am able to quickly adjust to changing surroundings, but I am also very excellent at communicating - at all levels of an organization, whether in "a suit and tie" or not. I consider not only the figures, but also the context, the full (end-to-end) process, and, most importantly, the people involved. I can put people at ease or break open a stagnated subject with a quip

I am also somewhat of a "forever student". Completing a post-HBO as Registered Financial Controlling® and a master's degree in Business Process Management  & IT while working full-time and raising a child, demonstrates my ambition and dedication. As of February 2024 I'll a be a registered & certified Supervisor (Board of Supervisors. In November 2023 I enrolled in the Executive Masters of Finance & Control program at Maastricht University  which will take approximately 2 years . In my spare time (yes, I do have some), I enjoy reading books, traveling, and dining out.
